Mission & Culture

Go therefore and make disciples...

The Mission

To guide people back to their God‑given design through gospel‑centered relationships and spiritual formation. We follow Jesus’ call to make disciples by helping one another grow in faith, character, and love so we can serve our city.

The Vision

To create a community of authentic believers that partners with God to see our city transformed. We pursue real, messy, life‑changing discipleship—relationships that are honest, sacrificial, and rooted in Scripture and prayer.

The Purpose

Every person was created to reflect God’s image and live in loving relationship with Him and others. When people are restored to who God made them to be, families and neighborhoods are healed and hope is multiplied. Our purpose is to restore identity, meaning, and belonging so individuals can live fully for Christ and pass that life on to others.

Our Culture — How We Live the Mission

HOME — Belong. Rest. Grow.
We want Restoration Point to feel like home: a warm, welcoming place where people belong and are nurtured in their faith.
  • What this looks like: friendly welcomes, family‑focused spaces, child and youth ministries that care, and regular opportunities for connection.
  • How we practice it: we invite newcomers, make room for families, and create hospitable environments where people can begin to trust and grow.

Come home — a place where you belong and can grow.
KNOWN — Seen. Heard. Valued.
Faith becomes real when ministry is personal. At Restoration Point we get to know your name, your story, and your gifts so care and discipleship truly fit your life.
  • What this looks like: fellowship, discipleship, attentive leaders, and thoughtful follow‑up for newcomers and members.
  • How we practice it: leaders listen well, teams follow up personally, and we offer mentoring and next‑step pathways.

Be known — we’ll learn your name and walk with you.
NEVER ALONE — Journey together.
We commit to walk with people through joy and hardship—offering prayer, practical help, and long‑term relationships so no one faces life alone.
  • What this looks like: prayer teams, care ministries (hospital visits, meals, counseling referrals), and community responses in crisis.
  • How we practice it: we keep relationships long-term, equip volunteers for caring ministries, and create systems to connect people in seasons of need.

You are never alone — we’ll walk with you.
